Weight management is complicated but we are given so many messages telling us that it is simple, telling us to 'just eat less and move more'. We start with exploring what the complexity is for you - what is impacting on your weight and eating - using a bio psychosocial approach. With a more holistic understanding, we can then tailor the approach to developing tools and techniques to manage those things differently. I take a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, providing a safe space to explore your weight and help you to develop a sustainable approach to weight management that supports your health, wellbeing and quality of life.
