Disordered eating
Disordered eating is really common and can show up in a variety of ways. There are many people who have many symptoms of a diagnosable eating disorder but would not meet criteria for accessing support within the NHS. Some people live with disordered eating for decades without accessing support. Disordered eating can impact on weight but it also impacts on health and your quality of life.
I am trained in eating disorder treatment and can provide support for you to work through the 'why' and the 'what' of your eating, to help you create new ways of supporting your health and quality of life.
It is possible to work through this. If you've struggled in secret for years, and feel that there is no way out of these patterns of behaviour, it IS still possible to change. I offer a compassionate, safe and supportive space to explore and create sustainable change.
